Clutch Time Apparel Return & Refund Policy

At Clutch Time Apparel, every piece is made-to-order with care, designed to bring streetwear and sports culture together in high-quality apparel. Because each item is custom-printed just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and offer refunds only for the following situations:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If your item has a defect in materials or workmanship.

  • Incorrect Orders: If the wrong item was shipped to you.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference (each item is made-to-order just for you).

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Return Notification Period

To ensure we can address your concern quickly, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. This allows us to review the issue and, if needed, coordinate with our manufacturing partners.

  • Order Number (from your order confirmation email)

  • Reason for Return

  • Photographic Evidence of the defect or error

We’ll review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.

 

Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • Return Shipping: We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • Inspection: Returned items will be inspected to confirm the issue.

  • Refund or Replacement: We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item.
